An early-stage legal tech startup backed by leading investors, building AI-powered tools for transactional lawyers. The product helps legal teams draft, review, and negotiate contracts faster, turning hours of manual work into minutes.

Already gaining traction with law firms across Europe. The company ships fast, iterates weekly, and is building the founding team. This is a ground-floor opportunity with meaningful equity and outsized impact.

The role

You’ll own the product end to end. As the first senior PM hire, you’ll define what gets built, talk to customers daily, and ship features that change how transactional lawyers work. This isn’t a roadmap management role, it’s a building role.

What you'll do

01Own the product roadmap for the AI-powered contract drafting and review experience

02Lead customer discovery with transactional lawyers at law firms and in-house legal teams

03Translate complex legal workflows into simple, delightful product experiences

04Work directly with engineering and design to ship weekly

05Define success metrics and validate solutions through customer feedback and usage data

06Shape the product vision for how AI transforms transactional legal work

What we're looking for

015+ years as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise tools

02You’ve built 0-to-1 products or led major product bets at early-stage companies

03Comfortable with ambiguity. You define the problem before solving it

04Strong technical intuition, especially around AI/ML-powered features

05Excellent communicator who can talk to lawyers and engineers in the same afternoon

06Bonus: experience in legal tech, contract management, or regulated industries
