The role
You’ll be the first dedicated GTM hire. Own everything from positioning to pipeline to close. You’ll figure out who the ideal customer is, how to reach them, what the pitch sounds like, and how to turn a conversation with a managing partner into a signed deal.

The product is gaining traction with law firms. Now it needs someone to turn early wins into a scalable go-to-market engine. You’ll build the playbook, not inherit one.
What you'll do
01Own the full sales cycle from outbound to close for law firms and in-house legal teams
02Build the GTM playbook from scratch: ICP, messaging, pricing, sales process
03Run product demos and build relationships with decision-makers at law firms
04Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure the platform matches market needs
05Develop partnerships with legal industry networks, conferences, and communities
06Hire and scale the sales function as the company grows
What we're looking for
015 to 8 years in B2B sales, GTM, or business development, ideally selling to law firms, professional services, or enterprise buyers
02You’ve built pipelines from scratch, not just inherited them
03Comfortable selling a product that’s still evolving. You thrive in early-stage environments
04Excellent at building trust with senior stakeholders (partners, GCs, heads of legal)
05Strategic thinker who can also pick up the phone and close
06Bonus: network in the legal industry, experience with legal tech or compliance tools
